Discover our mendiants, our marshmallows that will conjure up the unforgettable teddy-bears from childhood, as well as almonds from Spain and hazelnuts from Piedmont, deliciously caramelized and covered with the finest crus of cocoa, made in the pure tradition of Master Chocolatiers.

Our candy range overflows with fruit jellies, home-candied orangettes, jams and eternal delights such as fleur de sel and chocolate flavoured caramels.

As a gourmet little extra… the breakfast and snack-time range invites you to taste its hot chocolate preparation and its jars of hazelnut-chocolate and salted-butter caramel spread.

We make our own couverture chocolate from crus of cocoa from a variety of origins such as Venezuela, Colombia and Peru as well as from the cocoas of Africa, the Ivory Coast and Sao Tomé, so we may offer you a wide range of bars containing different percentages, either 100g or “Big Bar”.

Discover our mini biscuits, all-chocolate covered speculoos and our crispy coconut tuiles concealing a chocolaty side and a sprinkling of dark chocolate ganache, milk chocolate and caramel macaroons.

Philippe Bel Chocolates won the 2012 Guide des Croqueurs de Chocolat (French Chocolate-lovers Guide) Prize during the Salon du Chocolat held in Versailles. This guide has become the “must” for chocolate aficionados everywhere and it honours the best Master Chocolatiers of France every year. Our special thanks to all of you for this recognition.

Salon du chocolat in Lyon

The highlight of the Salon du Chocolat, held in Lyon from 9 to 11 November 2012, was the chocolate fashion show. Sporting “New Worlds of Chocolate” as its theme, 13 chocolatier-fashion designer duos including Philippe Bel and Millesia took us on a journey of glamour interweaving fashion and gastronomy.
